How do you not screen people who you invite to your house?
Because a lot of guys Ive discussed this with don't want to give out their personal information to an escort and screening does not guarantee anything. I've gone through this before and I may try to screen eventually, but I just don't understand why men who want discretion would be willing to give that info out, especially married ones. It opens a can of worms to possible blackmail for instance or the information getting into the wrong hands, such as LE. 1) First and foremost, get on your knees and thank God or your higher power that nothing has happened to you in the past two years+ that you've been doing this. Frankly, that's a miracle IMHO.
I do not screen as a protection from LE. I have heard of busts, elsewhere, where providers/hobbyists are 'flipped'. I don't use that as a justification.
2) Think of the rest of us.
Run your business how you choose. After the craigslist murder, we lost CL because the public had a martyr to justify. Do you want to be the martyr that collapses BP? You live in a hobby-friendly state due to the old loophole. Do you want to be the martyr that ends that? If something happens to you then it will happen to all of us. So, be a utilitarian -- screen.
3) Build a regiment that works for you.
I can understand why you aren't not requesting names and employment history. I too feel uncomfortable asking for that info. Moreover, I have little to no faith in a google search of a name. During my tenure as a provider, I've used employment verification once. Even then, I couldn't relax that I was safe until he began DATY. Fortunately, as the hobby community is small, one doesn't have to take these measures most of the time.
4) Join date-check and p411.
Your immediate benefit: Those sites are free for providers and they constitute free advertising.
I love the date-check location device. Hobbyists go there, type where they are visiting, and then research those girls. That costs you nothing. It MAKES you money. On p411, you earn 'points' for remarking on a date. Those points earn you free ads. Again, it's free advertising. I don't love using those sites as my sole screening tool but at least it's something. I use those sites as my personal starting point to screening.
Second benefit: Drastic reduction to hobbyist NCNS and other bad behaviors.
Not a single gentleman who has contacted me via those sites has not shown up. I assume it is because those sites are really the only way that a provider can give his/her mini review. Maybe I'm delusional but I like to think the men I meet are as invested in our lifestyle as I am. We should all have something to 'lose'. If a monger mistreats me or NCNS then it's on his record. It negates part of his list of 'Highly Recommends'.
I refuse men with DC strikes but it's not as if I threaten the others. It is understood.
Third benefit: Hobbyists refuse ladies who don't screen.
Have you had a lot of no shows during these years? Maybe the lack of screening was a red flag to some? I learned about screening when a hobbyist asked me how I screened him. They are coached on the newbie page of every major site that not screening is a red flag. Red flags become no shows. Screening will earn you business.
4) Open YOUR mind and make friends with a few other providers.
One of the several reasons that I wouldn't double with you is due to the use of the word 'mature'. As it isn't an age reference, it sounds like you're calling some providers immature. That's catty. THAT IS IMMATURE. I have no room for catty backstabbing ish in my life. I have to trust and respect each provider that I double with. It often involves a pre-double dinner or night out before I will meet her with another person.
My actual fourth piece of advice is for you to link your ID with your reviews and email admin for access to join provider forum. Even more, join each and every forum you can find. Get to know a few girls and TS providers. Then...

I don't mind help. I'd like to work with someone who screens then. I have only been doing this since last Feb. and didn't know anyone screened. I do mind that people are mean and rude to me though. If guys are willing to give personal info out and want to give it out then I will screen them if someone would tell me how to go about doing it. The only reason I haven't even thought of screening was because I didn't know it existed for one and another I thought that guys would shy away from that sort of thing.

I don't routinely ask anyone for their personal information. I don't ask their names, employment history, etc. First I ask, 'Can you please send me a note on TER, p411, DC, (insert other sites)'? Most of the time, that's all the info I need. I take it from there. If I need more info then the next question that I ask the hobbyist is, 'Can you please send me the website and email address for two providers you've visited in the past year?'
Questions to ask when calling references is EXTENSIVELY discussed in providers forums.

as much as I feel safe screening and all just a few short yrs ago when I started screening was by gut instinct mostly.

Ill admit screening is so much better but thats just the way I do it now, not everyone.
I still rely on my gut to make the final choice to see someone or not but I screen them first.
I think with all the safety measures in place now ya gotta be crazy to not use them all and screen like a maniac but thats just me.
You as the client can choose to see someone or not based on how safe you think they are.

Continuing to admit that you do not screen and refuse to screen is tempting fate.

I suggest you use your body of reviews and join the Provider Only Board.
I don't know how to join it. and in this post I never admitted to not screening. That was previously. If anything I'm more of a sitting duck now, because of these threads and backlashes.
I do not know how to get on the providers board or attaching reviews or links. I am not computer savvy.
1) look at the top menu for different discussion boards. (scroll up and look up there right now 
2) do you see on the right side the word 'more' ? click on that word and you will see two more words.
3) click on 'provider'.
4) it will open up to a page that tells about the provder board and in the last paragraph will have a 'link' to click on to contact the ter admin to ask to set you up with accessdmin. You ask them to link your handle and reviews together as well.
In the future if you have questions you can email [email protected] and I am pretty sure you will get some help. Once I did have to write a couple of times just 'cause of the volume they must get
