Candle light motel in Middleton, on rt.114. They have Cave rooms by the Hour and jacuzzi rooms also. My wife loved it we were dating, i took her there as a laugh on our 12th anv. and she asked for a divorce, lucky me.
Some of the higher-end hotel suites in Boston have them, but you're talking $500+ a night. There's one in Middleton that rents for 4 hours, or the whole night. Other than that the only places I know are on the south shore and the cape (really good deals on hotels this time of year on the cape by the way).
There is one fairly mainstream, generally 3-4 star hotel chain that often has jacuzzi suites (I'm not talking about a tub with jets, a *real* jacuzzi), and I do believe they have a presence in Boston, or at least the very nearby suburbs.
I have not booked a jacuzzi suite in Boston proper, but I have used this hotel chain in the surrounding area. I had to call directly to the front desk to ask for suite, as I never see it listed on my usual hotel sites.
Not that there's anything wrong with motels, so long as you do your research.
