Will say that a lot of Boston agencies have been having girls leave to to indie or move from agency to agency. Some are working at 2 agencies at the same time.

Not sure if it's related or not, but a Randolph man was recently charged with human trafficking and rape. The initial arrest was Sept 23, grand jury indictment was Oct 1. I've also heard that Martha Coakley has requested a budget increase for her state-wide human trafficking task force. So I'd expect more of this, and for screening to become tighter in response.
The description in the article does not sound like Flirt at all. That investigation could be the basis for the rumors of "LE activity" this summer, especially with the location mentioned.
