I am truly sorry to the poster if you felt shunned when you called to book with Rebekah.
It is our policy that any "new" girl (whether she has been in the biz before or not) is not available for new clients until we both are comfortable with her doing so.
This is set up for a number of reasons, safety being one of them, but we do verify all new clients as every good indy and agency should. I have read all the posts in the thread and all of the posters have good points of view (including Jill's. I do not have to restate what she has already said, just put ditto next to her post)
The bigger reason is Customer Service. New ladies to the agency are untested and unknown with our agency and our guys.
Take for an example: you did book an appointment with her, and it was less than what you, as well as what the agency, would feel would be an acceptable experience. You would not be back! We would loose a potentially great customer (that I am sure you are) probably for good!
The ladies first visit is more of an intro. see if she fits in, make sure she does what you all expect, and that she is the caliber of woman that you guys DESERVE! I have learned the hard way that sometimes the ladies are not remotely close to what they say they are, and have lost face and maybe customers at times because of it.
I am less concerned about the pyscos out there than I am the satisfaction of the guys who call to use the service! Psycos are easy to deal with! I will spend the rest of my life hunting them and putting them down like a rabid dog!
I want only the best for the guys who call, nothing short of that will do. If the model is not what she says she is, she will not be around long enough to disappoint you!
That is the bottom line, it is about service to you!
When a lady comes back for subsequent trips, I strongly suggest she "opens the book" to see new guys. This is not new to her guys, but new to the agency guys. I can not force her to do so if she does not want to! I ask CJ and Lilly every time they come!
Sometimes this will happen rather quickly (when they are available for new customers). Sometimes (like with CJ and Lilly) they request that it never happens. If they ask it of us, WE HAVE TO RESPECT IT! I work for them! I have to respect what they ask!
As far as the poster below who says we do not like honest reviews! He could not be any further from the truth! I relish honesty! I just ask that if something goes wrong, to contact us first for two reasons: Give us a chance to do something to make you "whole", and give us a chance to discuss the issue with the lady to rectify it (if possible), before it hits a public board. If it is an issue that can not be fixed, she would not last with us, period!
Again, it is about service to you! If you do not feel you got your moneys worth, than give me the chance to make it up to you before you go on a public board. Maybe she had a bad day, maybe chemistry was not there and it was a fluke, maybe you wanted something she was not comfortable with. Either way, you will feel whole and the girl wont have a black eye from your "honest" review.
We have had ladies take some bad reviews. Some from long time friends of ours. Most of the guys still call because we take care of them if something is not right. Ladies in this business come and go, always have and always will. Many of you guys have been calling since we opened our doors almost seven years ago! I want you calling back!
This forum is supposed to sort out the good from the bad. Good Experiences and bad. I want to be sure that the new talent that we bring in can satisfy the expectations of you guys, before I throw her to the wolves (metaphorically speaking of course, I do not see you howling at the moon, lol)
I hope this gives you an understanding of why we do what we do. When Rebekah comes back to visit, she will have an "open book". This has already been discussed. I am sorry you did not get the chance to see her this time around, but I want to be sure that as a "new" client, you get the best experience for your hard earned money.

.....but the reality, for me at least, is that I don't bother to call your agency any more. I have never been able to make an appointment for one reason or another. This particular situation was my last experience with you all as well. I have not bothered to try since, no matter how good the talent is.
Don't get me wrong, you are free to do as you see fit! But I think the point should be taken that you loose a good number of us who are not creaps because of this "Insane", (IMHO) policy.
Forgive me for wanting to ensure that you have the best possible experience. I guess they should break out the straight jacket! Wait, I hear a knock on the door! A bunch of men in white coats!
I never said anything about "creeps". If you read my post I specifically said that the policy is there to ensure the talent is up to par before you see any "new" talent. As a "new" client I do not want your first experience to be a negative one!
Are you sure that is the only reason you have not been able to book? We do require verification as well, and a screen name does not do it. If you do not give us the information we require to book you, then you would never get to see anyone anyway!
If you do not want to give us what we need to verify who you are, we cant book you regardless!

Yes, IMHO, but I'm not upset or anything, you can have whatever policy you feel you need or want. That is your choice. To continue to pursue,(or not), a booking at your agency is my choice.
I personally have not been able to book with you all, let me recount the reasons just so we are clear and fair.
You didn't like the idea of me being self employed, (no office number to check), couple of times, (but I think we got passed that).
The person I wanted to see was not available at the time I wanted, couple of times (OK, fair, but still no booking)
The person didn't see first timers, Last time
So there you go, Still, like I said, I'm not upset or anything, but I do think it costs your agency and leaves out some nice guys in the process.

There are other options. References from a reliable agency (Sonny or Jill for example) OR references from the reputable, beautiful and intelligent Indy Ladies out there (Angie Renee and Ally Moore for example).
You must have your business listed or advertised somewhere in order to do business, that is easy enough to find! Home Phone? Something? Anything?
We have nothing to go on. Based on your profile (this one at least) you do not have any reviews to base a decision on either.
Some gentlemen send in their info in advance in order for us to do a verification. That way, once they are verified they can book in advance and get the model and time that they want.
I do not intend to come off the wrong way here. I am just saying there are ways to get it done, if you want to do them.
I am not saying you are not a nice guy, but I would rather loose a booking or two here and there, for the safety of the people I work with, then let one bad apple get through!

So it's because it's really important and it works because they still the best working this way...
And you know what... maybe this is one of the reasons they are considered the best and have a good reputation like RSG and TBD for example!!!!!!!

Honestly could not tell you! I speak with her often, she has a lot going on in her life right now!
Hopefully, she will return! Her first and only priority right now is righting her ship. Can not say I blame her for that!

A well written and well thought out response. I've never had an issue with the TBD policy at any point over the past five years (just my personal experience). There are always other choices in town for those who differ.

This thread is evidence of how low this board has gone. The Belladonna getting grief. Please, they are the most upright professional agency in Boston. The thread is pure bullshit.
I've been reading these threads with a bit of astonishment. I agree the thread is a bit of BS, and (IMHO) TBD is the best agency in town (no offense to any of the other agencies - but tbd is home to my current ATF so I am a bit biased).
