Just curious. I've only ever met two ladies who hosted out of their apartment in Boston, and neither of them do so anymore.

The annual forecast presented by the Massachusetts Lodging Association Friday predicted rates at hotels in Boston and Cambridge will jump 7 percent next year, to $255.94 a night, while occupancy will remain at an all-time high [80+%] even with the addition of several new hotels. ..."

Boston has over 23,000 hotel rooms and more being built.  And around 81-82% are occupied.  Not good for "our" world
