Lets just say I have a Biology background so I can keep some of my privacy. If you Google female orgasm, there is one thing that ALWAYS physically happens just when a woman is about to orgasm that you cant miss if you know about it. I can tell when a Lady is faking for my pleasure and to keep the session moving smoothly, no problem either. And I can tell when she has a real one, again no problem.

A woman who is sexually aroused will have hardened nipples and will probably be breathing heavy. Her legs will edge apart and her labia (vaginal lips) will become engorged. The womans clitoris, a hard button-like feature, will perhaps throb and be much more accessible.

She will most likely secrete fluid inside the vaginal walls and at the entry way. The vagina itself will seem to become larger as blood rushes to the region. (Note: blood also rushes to the breasts, causing them to swell and the areolas to become hard.)

I just got the impression this was not commonly known here on the board. Especially with all the reviews stating 3, 4, or 5 orgasms by the Ladies.
