Like, for instance, BI is de-listed so most of their reviews aren't showing on TER, but some are. So, when this happens do these agencies shut down? I noticed one of their providers is with a new agency now. Seems like it may be sketchy to contact BI now, but I am a newbie and have no clue what kind of effect de-listing on TER has. I've tried to ask around and haven't found much info. Feel free to PM if you want.
Agencies were in business before TER and some exist without it today.
Just think about why an agency is delisted before giving them information or expecting to see the girl in the pics at the door.
There are several good agencies in town that have lived up to the expectations of TER. I would suggest that they would be an excellent start for a newbie
