When an ad is placed here, the mod usually moves it shortly.  Some seem to be just getting the message.

Outright ads and silly posts with ad links are making a comeback already?

I predict an increase in pointless replies/posts which are really just stealth ads, and increased theme posts like "Toenail Thursdays" and "Freckle Fridays".

While it's appreciated that you worry and predict what posts will come....it's not something you should spend too much time worrying about.

Theme day photo threads are allowed, always have been. The rules are found on this board if you search my posts, and yes....it is another way for the smart gals to advertise.

As far as separate boards for ads....yes they are there and have been.
Curious that you would bring this up since your last ad was posted on the wrong board (the regional board)  and I had to move it to the ad board.
Maybe focus on posting on the right boards.....then you can move on to commenting on what's posted elsewhere.

And.......just like anyone else.....you are MORE than welcome to introduce a topic for discussion on the regional board.
Always amazes me that the ones who complain about what's posted.......never take advantage of this and start a topic themselves.
Oh well. Maybe it's just me......LOL.

It must be you. My post was an observation, not a complaint or a dig against such an evenhanded moderator. I had a few "you were right and the moderator was wrong" emails in my inbox this morning, but that not my goal.
