I wonder what goes thru the mind of a provider when they first meet with a much younger hobbyist for the first time, and how has been the experience.  I'm curious to hear stories

Younger than the average hobbyist (ie 40-50), or younger than the provider? It's extremely rare that I'll see anyone younger than me (ie 25), usually they don't pass screening anyway. I can easily count on one hand the number of clients I've seen that were under 30. Speaking for myself, I prefer older more mature gentlemen both in my business as well as personal life. I know that sounds like the typical provider cliché, but it's true.

The other day a young man (20's) PM me about one of the ladies I had reviewd asking if she sees"younger" men. I asked my provider friend and she told me she doesn't really wish to see anyone under 35. In away I feel bad for the younger guys because I'm sure some of them are quite "mature".
Age alone does not determine maturity.

...and also because he rode his bicycle (not motorbike) to the appointment.

You're right, but much like in other things in life, the bad ones have ruined it for the rest. It's been my experience that the younger ones are more likely to cancel, try to haggle over rates, get time for free, waste time calling, emailing, and texting, and try to get involved with your personal life. They're also more likely to be intoxicated, try to rob you, and stalk you. I'm certainly not saying that they're all like that, but a high enough percentage are based on conversations I've had with other providers, that it's simply easier to not take the chance.

Now it doesn't mean that I'm not willing to consider seeing someone under 30 if they can pass my screening, but it just doesn't seem to happen very often.

I now draw my line at 40.
I enjoy my time with my clients more.
along with maturity comes many assets.

Like everything else practice make perfect.
They have more experience engaging with women.
Most have been married or in a long term relationship.
That tyends to change the way you see womens and your additude towards them
and honestly the sex is better.
Its more intense, richer and a more satisfying time.

Besides I have kids in their 20s and my oldest is turning 31 in a week its too close to home.
I just cant, nor do I care to have sex with a kid the age of my own kids.

I dont see the appeal anyway. when I was 25 there was no way I would have wanted to see someone in their 50s...so the concept is lost on me.

....I usually ask for age if they don't mention it and I advertise my age "minimum" so i'm usually not surprised at a guy's age really as far as it being something I didn't know before they got there.  BEFORE I put an age minimum in place I will say I was surprised at the number of requests I used to get from guys 19-21.   Btw "younger" for me is 40 and under.

I was thinking younger than the provider, but I'm actually surprised to hear the average hobbyist is 40-50.
I'm 35, but now I feel like a kid

Interesting topic; I am 35 but I look to be in my mid 20's(as long as I take care of the grey hairs!) and so I don't fall into the young pile any more. A few ladies have posted that they prefer older clients but why the no to younger guys? Are they broke or poor tippers? Unreal expectations? Fuck too hard or too much?

I used to have a policy not to see anyone under 35, then I had a med student in Philly write me a long email aobut how hurt he was that I had refused to see him because he was 27; he didn't care how old I was, he thought I was hot!  He said he was going to be a doctor in a year, he was old enough to make decisions about who he played with.  Hum.  That made me rethink my policy.

Now I do see younger guys and have a great time with them.  I think I saw two 24 year olds in a week last month (yes, still standing!).  I love teaching younger guys new things, and will give them pointers if I think they need them; in and out of bed.  We women are a mystery to ourselves, you guys need all the 411 you can get, esp. starting out!
Just remember, everything you see in a porn movie is not how women like it!!
Maybe SOME things...
Too much fun.
Great thread, thanks!

See you soon, Boston!!  Miss you madly.
