Words rarely uttered here, however after a week of hell it's time to heal. Having had much of the area locked down and immobilized, I know I've never seen anything like the war zone it became. I think BPD and the Feds did an outstanding job returning the area to safety and getting him ALIVE! That's key in getting information and stopping other attacks.

The sense of relief is surreal, this is surely going to change our way of life again. Yet I think as we heal there will be a celebratory feel among everyone.

Hug your neighbors, forgive your hardass boss, your asshole brother. Life really is just too fragile and this week reminded us repeatedly of that! You don't have to forgive the guy that shoulder bumped you at the Pour House but do buy him a beer, and buy a coffee for a first responder we see them at DnD!! Show your thanks!
