I see you have a pretty good review record, so I am surmising that the gal in question is new.

When she gets a second review, then both yours and the other review should go up.

If this is not the case, then write to TER Administration and ask them what the deal is.

It was for a doubles of two somewhat new but well reviewed ladies. I wrote it Thursday and they have since received another review.

And just ask "why?"  Often a question will get a positive response
