First, have you looked at the Account Manager? If you look at the top of the page there is a link for the Account Manager. If you click on it, you get taken to an area that's specific to you and your account and includes links for "My Feedback", "My Problem Reports" and, relevant to this, "My Reviews". If you click on "My Reviews" you'll be taken to a page that lists all of the reviews you submitted and their current status. If a review has not been approved it will say "Unapproved". If you click on the "View" button, you'll see the reason it was not approved.
Second, you might want to read the Newbie boards and the Reviewer's Only board if you have access to that. There have been discussions on both of these boards with regard to reviews, the delays in getting reviews approved, and denial reasons. You might get some helpful advice there.
Note: Moderators of discussion boards have NOTHING to do with the reviews.
I am wondering about the process about submitting a review. I submitted my first review last week for a new provider. I also tried to submit a mini review on the discussion board but that was bounced because she is local and I have no reviews up. Totally fine. If there is some problem with my review will I be contacted? At what point do I realize that the review wil not be posted? I contacted TER for an update on my submission, but have not heard anything yet. If it is not posted I would love to resubmit it, but if I do, how do I know the reason it was not accepted the first time?

I just tried to post about how reviews work and how to dispute them? or fix them? I mean we have a great review but some false info on it. So then what does a provider do?
That will tell you the status of the review.
If it is rejected, and there is no explanation, then you can write to Administration about it.
thanks to the both of you for your info. Mr french you had already sent me info concerning the discussion board, and I realize you are separate from the reviews. I found that there was a problem with the ad website address which I hoped was corrected. Unfortunately I can be very computer challenged.
