Anyone know how to be sure accounts that are followed on Twitter are real? Even with pornstars, not all accounts are verified so are there any tips on figuring out which are real?

Porn stars tend to follow each other so that's one indicator.  They also post personal stuff along with their promotional stuff whereas the fake accounts almost entirely post ads.
