I think we all, providers and hobbyists both, should be made aware of who this is.

If made public, at least some ladies that are on vacation or that are visiting Boston will be made aware of this.

Also, it wouldn't hurt to have the great guys out here know who this is in case someone knows who he is.

Please be sure to let this lady know that we are thinking of her and we are behind her!

I seriously doubt it.   I would think that the men on TER would never do something like this.

Remember there are many times more "hobbyists" than members of TER.

Is he by any chance "Vansi Dun"? I met him a while a ago, he is a very dangerous guy. Thank God he didn't beat me up but I posted a complaint about him and heard many awful things he's done. He is Asian, he is muscular (he's a body builder), he's kind of tall, tanned skin...

Does this fit that creep's description?

His info is posted on a public site-- Dangerzone411, and other DNS lists/boards. He is still threatening the provider. Men have no need to know who he is. BTW, the battered provider is NOT an RSG girl.

I cant help thinking that for all the drawbacks to doing so, this lady or someone who knows this guy should call the cops.  Or am I totally naive in thinking that LE would come to the aid of any of us.  My guess is that most cops would regard a serious beating as a lot more serious than any thing we do. I dont think that my faith in LE runs very high, but I think there are some limits to what they'll tolerate even when the victim is part of an unpopular group.

If he continues to harass her after she has filed charges and the prosecutor takes the case to court, he will face federal charges for intimidating/tampering with a witness.
She needs to make his life hell and then sue him in civil court for damages.

Please remember that the best way to protect the ladies is to hunt this animal down and either turn him over to LE or to take action ourselves.

unfortunately ..it is not as black and white as it would have been if it was a date in real life (non-hobby related) ..

Take it on the flip side gents... if it were you..would you submit to most likely "outing" yourself as a hobbyist in this world..to your SO..your family, friends..boss..and the police..how would you explain it? ...the published police report..your real name? ..possible court appearance..run through the ringer.. and perhaps worst yet.. if threatened .. this individual possibly knowing where you live..  If he did not know your real name or address..he will most certainly will if pressed suit against in the legal documentation given to him and his attorney...

It's almost like picking the worst or worstest  of two major evils..both very uncomfortable for the lady..and with life-altering outcomes..  It is a great personal (and I emphasize PERSONAL.. decision for any lady) Respect her wishes..and the best the community can do.. is understand the risks many of us are going through as the internet world and it's "hobbyist" following get more and more mainstream America.

although one may have a persona..and you think you "know" him via the board..a reality check is that you truly do not know who you are communicating with via the internet...or what their intentions are... always be somewhat wary... and be cautious on backchannel info given to a stranger..many times.. as evidenced..it's been a gent one of us have turned away or who has been on a DNS status..simply trying to find out more about us..or where we are...all in the guise of a "curious hobbyist.."...

There was a recent situation south of Boston (Brockton, maybe?) where some guy was beating up streetwalkers, until finally one of them went to LE. Turns out LE was a lot more interested in getting the guy than in the ladies, and they eventually got him. I don't know what the ladies had to go through but I didn't see their names in the paper. I think (and I hope) LE would take violent crime a lot more seriously than escorts who are keeping a low profile and not hurting anyone, but I understand the provider's reluctance to expose herself to unwanted attention.

Clear your head a bit! When Bob Davis was finally caught back in the 90's (he wasthe Mod of TBD - screen name "BD13") it was GUY that recognized him from a hotel video the police were having the media broadcast. He was well known by many, mnay of the ladies but none of them spoke up or dropped a dime. I can understand their desire to remain in the background but........ this asshole isn't going to get prosecuted with everyone hiding behind the hotel door!

As long as the lady involved is OK that's the most important thing.

It will take some time for her to heal physically and emotionally, but time heals all.

I have not tried to find out who the lady and or the man involved is. I understand the whole privacy thing with the lady and I wish her my best, whoever she is!

Going back (again) to the Bob Davis case.... there was NEVER a mention of ANY of the gals, or photos, that he beat, threatened and robbed in ANY of the media coverage (or at his trial that I'm aware of). The police were very good about "protecting" the ladies identities.

From what I've seen over the years the police have been pretty damn good about respecting the ladies privacy, etc. whe it came to cases where one of them has been attacked, etc.. That's not saying they don't don't make idiots of themselves when they spend our tax dollars trying to prevent something that will never go away!

Here are the facts. a girl got hurt and wanted to let other providers know who the client was so they would not see him. PERIOD!!!

It was posted on the Boston board so girls who are not (for one reason or another) a member of the providers only board could also get the warning and info to contact me so I could PRIVATELY tell them the info.

The lady asked not to give out her name to ANYONE, providers or hobbiest and also asked the the clients info ONLY BE GIVEN TO PROVIDERS!!

That is her wish and she has every right since she is the one who had to go through this terrible ordeal.

You guys insisting on outing him only want to do so for your own curiosity. Believe me, you all guys knowing who he is won't solve anything.

Way back in the day with the BD13 thing girls did not screen!! The girls only knew they were seeing a guy named "Bob" nothing else. This is different, she knows who this is, she has all his info and it it hers to do with what she wants. She wanted to warn other ladies PERIOD!

Oh and Ladies, please keep this info to yourself DO NOT go telling your "client friends" this info, it is not cool and only causes problems and drama. Please for the hurt providers wishes, just stop it now!

Oh and BTW, I know that some of you are thinking wow what a bitch! That I am ,and I am dam proud of it. So stop acting like a bunch of whiney babies and go get laid already!

I feel so bad for her. She has so much to deal with, she is in my prayers.

What you may not also be seeing guys, is there are often times children in the backround of our Real lives. To walk into a police dept and press charges, they are not stupid. She will eventually have to explain how she knew him, or he will, and the fear of exhusbands getting involved, dss, risking your family knowing, I'll go to hell and back before I let this world touch my childrens lives harmfully.  Plus with a police report, now you are most certainly on their radar.They know what you do. She needs an Aplus lawyer before she goes that route. She was assaulted so she may have also been forced, which is rape. Thats a total mind fuck to begin with, and where to go with it in her own mind never mind legally. We need to respect her choices, and her boundries where this difficult matter is concerned. She surely knows whats best for her. She needs time to heal.

She needs our prayers, our support, and our well wishes.

Jill has been around a very long time and knows these things inside and out.

I understand that people are pissed off, upset, angry and want to hurt this guy. We never want to see anyone harmed. But the more we make of this thread and the threats and desire to "out" the less effective you're making boards that ladies use for saftey. There are tons of places outside TER that warnings have been posted. I suggest the ladies join if they haven't already. If you don't know the names, PM me, I'll happily reccommend you. (Once I verify you, if I don't know you.)

boards like ours can mitigate that is through warnings like this.  These warnings will incite anger and frustration at the asshole and sympathy, empathy, and protective feelings toward the lady.  These feelings automatically translate into a desire for more information regarding both people involved so that we can channel our emotions.

However, the ONLY person whose wishes should be respected regarding the information is the provider's.  If she doesn't want her or his information publicly outed, then her desire should be adhered to.  It doesn't matter what her reasons are.

She obviously got the information to the two people on this board that will respect her wishes over everything else, and I applaud her and them.  Fuzzy will control the information on the board and Jill will ensure that the ladies get the info they need to be safe while also being the tough enough "bitch" (her words) needed to protect the information the provider wants protected.  The rest of us can continue to offer whatever support we can to the lady and whatever vitriol we have to the asshole, but we really don't need to know who either of them are.

If I could, I'd be the first in line to hunt the guy down and fuck him up, but I also know that it's beyond impractical to fulfill that particular desire.  This, quite understandable, need for more information is in danger of chaff obscuring the real purpose of the warning, which is to let providers know who to contact for the screening information that they need to stay safe.

Thanks Jill for ALL you do for this community. I felt it is important to confirm that this gentleman has NEVER attended an M&G. One day, Jill may bless us with her attendance but until then everyone should know that her "intel" regrading this fact is 100% correct.

First and foremost the wishes of the lady involved here need to be respected. Anyone who doesn't understand that needs to reexamine their true motivation for wanting to know who this loser is.

TER is not a vigilante justice site and, thank God, Dog the bounty hunter is not the moderator here.  We are a group of individuals who come here because we share a common interest that, for obvious reasons, must be carried on with discretion at all times. Fuzzy and Jill are handling this problem in exactly the way it should be handled-by getting the information about this loser out to women so that they can protect themselves.  

The lady who was assaulted here has the guy's real world information. Weather or not she decides to pursue legal action is her business. It's easy to talk about what she should or should not do but no one giving advice here would be at any personal risk of unwanted public scrutiny  and NO ONE knows exactly how public the issue would become if the lady were to go to LE.

The best way for the TER community to deal with this issue is to get the guy's info to those who need it-the ladies.  The prospect of tracking him down and beating him up, though clearly enticing to the macho chest-pounder in all of us, is not going to happen.

First,let me say that my heart goes out to the gal who was beaten.
The lady was not just slapped around
This was a brutal, violent, and vicious beating.
I assume she went to an ER or some medical facility and will be receiving ongoing treatment.
The doctors at any medical facility can recognize a beating from an accident. Now I do not know the laws there but they may be obligated to report this to the police. It is my understanding that, if the lady requests, the doctors and police will be discrete. As much as we bash LE (me being a basher) they are often very good and compassionate in a case like this. They most likely will not care about her occupation but will seek to get this guy off the street.

Yes I too would like to be one of the macho guys who beat this guy within an inch of his life and leave him in the gutter, but I know that is not going to happen.

However I must ask is this the first time he has done this? Possibly not, but just the first time it is reported in this way. Maybe he has done this to gals who are not known to the TER family and do not know any of his information and could not repot specific info to LE.

I will respect the wishes of the victim, that we on the board do not know the details, but I do hope that this guy ends up behind bars.

Again my thoughts and prayers are with the gal and wish her a speedy recovery.

Wow.   Whoever this person is, he is a scumbag by anybody's definition.  

But as mentioned, it is not up to us to dispense whatever justice we seem to feel fits.  It is not our place.

My heart and prayers goes out the the provider who was hurt.

And for the sick bastard that did this, I hope karma comes back ten fold on him immediately.

I had planned to visit next week and from now on will now be screening heavier than I usually do .

If you noticed, the thread was pretty much over until your post.

Nobody, at least me, knows who the lady is and nobody knows who the guy is. I don't really care to know who either of them are since this is her wishes. It's really none of my business, or anyone elses.

Everyone's first reaction is one of anger. Then you start to think clearly and realize let the lady handle things the way she wants to and stay out of it. There is nothing any of us can do anyway.

Of course it's easy for me to speak since I'm not the provider and the one who's privacy or life maybe revealed. But the problem is that this guy is going to victimize over and over while everyone is hoping he makes a mistake or someone else turns him in. He may or may not make a mistake, but in the mean time there will be more victims.
