In Boston two weeks now, and have become unexpectedly discouraged with the 411 verification screening which agencies are asking here (wasn't expecting such. I simply cannot risk my brand new and secure job here in town since arriving from Omaha a couple of weeks ago. Any advice on any fun and totally honest independents who would not require this kind of screening? I do have a weakness for Asians. However I also enjoy American blondes and brunettes, just as long as they don't have any hangups or are prude about anything.

I doubt you are going to find any legitimate providers, indie, agency or otherwise,  who will see you without either verification, references or both.  Honestly, I don't know why you are "unexpectedly" discouraged. Anyone who's been at this for a while would understand that references and or verification are required to see the better ladies involved in the hobby.

There are plenty of girls on Back Page who will see you without verification but that's a pretty serious roll of the dice and another sort of risk entirely.

I was a little apprehensive when I first got screened as well as I own several small business and have a pretty large following in my local community but getting screened was the best thing I could have done for doing this.

Agencies/independents honestly could care less about where you work and getting you in trouble. They just want to make sure that the girls are safe which in turn makes sure you are safe.
It's not like they call your boss and tell him or anything. They just want to confirm you are who you say you are.
I was actually ID'd by a provider last night because it was my first time with the agency - it was pretty funny actually.

If you want somewhere that requires no ID or verification then you can roll the dice on back page or take a trip to providence - There are plenty of Asian MP's there that are awesome and all you have to do is show up

I went to one down there Friday night - I've had a good weekend - lol

If you get yourself verified then the is your Oyster. Then when you go out of town occasionally you can use this site - your references, and girls will come to your room.  

P411 is not the only game in town.  Have you tried Date-Check or Room Service 2000?  These services have worked well for me, but you will still have to give out some personal information.

I think you are more at risk by seeing a provider who does not screen that you are from giving out the information needed to get yourself verified.

They can be great references for you.
In the beginning its a bit tricky to get verified but once you have seen some well known girls and respected agencies then its less of a issue.
To get the ball rolling its gonna take some faith in the system on your part.
It really does work.

not having reviews of any kind related to your handle will make some people wonder if you are legit

If you are concerned about info leaking out, I would suggest you let some very well-reviewed indies verify you via your work info.  This isn't risk free, but the real concern (I assume) is an agency having your info and running into LE trouble.  Once a couple of indies have verified you and you have some posted reviews, you can use those ladies as references and have fun from there.
