Probably, but I'm curious what exactly that impliles.

It means the phone # is connected to ads of different lady's or the same lady scamming.

Now at times it may be an agency, but very really doesn't happen very often.

So the odds are it's a fake, If the lady was real, not a B & S, she would use her own photo's and name.
