Another reputable provider and I are looking for a third provider to share an upscale incall apartment in Boston.  

Pros: Save money. Can keep your supplies and clothing at the apartment. Don't have to deal with packing all your stuff and hauling it to a hotel.

Cons: Good communication required to ensure efficient scheduling aka schedule limited depending on who needs apartment when.
