The Methuen Massage Parlor bust was a few weeks ago but I don't see anything on the Boston Board. Anyway, there's a story update with new charges.

"The owner of a Methuen massage parlor was arrested Friday on human trafficking-related charges after the city shut the business down earlier this month, according to police. ... Methuen police began investigating Beauty Garden Spa on Wallace Street after receiving complaints from residents about the business, the police department said. Officers obtained a search warrant for the massage parlor on Sept. 4 after a “lengthy investigation” that involved surveillance and undercover operations. ... Beauty Garden Spa has remained closed since the search warrant was served [on Sep 4]. ..."

Yesterday, Methuen shut down a second massage parlor, and people online were telling the town the addresses of other places they should look at.

The town closed 3 more, and now the total is 5 parlors that have been closed.

The closures continue

Beware word on the street is that hougong5️⃣2️⃣1️⃣ is on the radar.  They were already busted before.  

They shut down 5 and found the other 4 abandoned when they went to inspect. They are now saying they will hold landlords accountable and are considering sending notices to customers' homes if their car was seen multiple times at one of the locations.
