Boston

There is a silver lining...

I'm getting that traveling bug, and I think I would like to visit Boston for a few days in early May. I have a few (non-lifestyle) friends out there, and it would be lovely to see the city.

Of course, if I go, I would welcome the opportunity to meet some new gentlemen, and make new friends. However, this will be both my first travel venture (as a companion) and my first visit to Boston. What is the LE situation out there like? Where on earth do I stay? I looked for short term rentals on Craiglist (I swear, CL does have a purpose outside of the erotic ads), and they were all either far more expensive than a hotel or else a room rental situation with other people living in the same space.

In Chicago, I maintain an actual apartment, since I feel it's a lot more discreet and overall allows for a fuller experience for both parties. However, even if I do find I need to rent a hotel room in Boston, I still do not know what areas and particular hotels are better to stay in, in terms of discretion/safety.

Additionally, if anything particularly amazing is happening in Boston the first couple weeks of May, please let me know so I can book my plane ticket accordingly!

Any and all help anyone can provide on these issues is greatly appreciated! Of course, please feel free to PM me any "sensitive" information you may not want more legally inclined eyes to see.

College Graduations.   Most of the rooms will be booked and very expensive if you can get one.

Jill,
You're absolutely right. However, I am afraid I do not yet fit the qualifications needed to gain access to that board, as very few of the gentlemen I see are involved in TER or interested in reviews.

I do look forward to eventually getting to interact on the Providers Only board, though!

And Boston is very much a college town. Crap. Thank you for the reminder Luv_women! I may have to postpone that trip until late May or June.

Gradations and commencements extend well into June. You will be better off coming in April or wait until July.

However, you can always get hotel great deals through priceline.com or hotwire.com at any time of the year. Especially true this year because of the severely depressed economy.
