The reviewer has reviews back to 2003, so this is probably not an LE setup.  Reviewer was very kind/polite, but did make note of some downside.

Average looking gal does a crappy massage and HJ for $400.   Huh?

 
Now, if you see a DDG gal doing FS and anal for $200, that's TGTBT, and if no reviews, I'd say a fairly high chance of being LE, especially if she only does incall at a cheapo motel with doors that face into the parking lot.

 
I don't think this gal has that against her, IMHO.
