From my end, I prefer experienced. I tend to be fairly shy and kinda passive, so the experience and control/direction works way better for me.

The one time I was really looking forward to a discussion on the topic, only to find trolls trolling the trolls.  

I like your post Escalade, but you do suffer from Chronic Trolling Syndrome which tickles the anus on all the other trolls and floods the board.
