Monica still continues to have isseues with her scheduling despite promises to fix the problems that she encountered in her last trip.

I scheduled via email and never got a phone number to confirm.  I emailed her several times to confirm the appointment time and she did reply to confirm.  I went to the location at my scheduled time, paid for parking, and expected a phone call.  Never got a phone call.  A waste of time and money.

The seems to be a problem with her as past posts have indicated so don't be surprised if this happens to you.

... and had a wonderful time as well.  She uses a third-party scheduler who uses just emails and texting to communicate, but that wasn't a problem for me.  

Did you check your text messages?

I checked my phone and texts.  I emailed her afterwards and got no response.  Unprofessional.
