the freebie .... I spent a lot of time with a provider last year, did a review and it helped her so much, the next time we met, she told me the next meeting was free. I told her I did the review because I wanted to and that I'd gladly pay the freight. LIke IRL, money can fuck up a good thing. We'd fuck and suck then hangout and talk for an hour or more and maybe a quick 2nd cup. No pressure. Never saw her again with very little correspondence.

I also had an "arrangement" that lasted years where both parties benefited. Me where $$$ are concerned, but we couldnt get enough of each other. The sex was mind blowing until the end. But that's not why it lasted or fizzled. I still care about her as a person and will hopefully see her again. Just not exclusively, which it was (80-90%.) So I understand the difference.

Back to original mind stream. Has the disappearing act ever happened to you?

Remember this isn't real

So many guys talk about the relationship they have with providers and it isn't about paying its real. If you're paying you're a John period. She enjoyed listening to talk about how great you are and rich you are but when the door shut the next john walked in. I'm not talking about your experience NOB I'm talking in general.

The rule of thumb I use is if they did it with me they did it with someone else. So she never gave you your free date right ?

I agree 100% and it's lust not love ....

in some cases, the lines can get blurry ...
I'll divulge cetain things only in PMs and
only rarely names unless I know you ... YKWIM

Free? Interested? PM me. And just like IRL,
nothing is ever free free ... if not financial,
then emotional, etc.

My OP however was more about being unable
reopen closed lines of communication. Getting
a date ... I'm a realist and in the words of Mary Kay,
"No? Next". And of course, that works both ways.

I just want to play in a no drama environment and
that's usually pretty easy to find. That's when we go
back for more .... and more.

An Mr. F that is so true, we learn it then lose it. It has happened a few times and the length of the arrangement, note not a relationship, has in a few instances been quite long.

Some of it is not though. I dated two gents I met via the hobby. Unfortunately one of them passed away. The other I no longer see. But, no matter what you or anyone else says it was real. I didn't get rich that's for shit sure. Though I agree with you on other points. Know this though, IT IS WHAT IT IS. I genuinely like most of the gents I spend time with. Imo wifey gets the best of you and I'm not her. So, while you fellas are cuddled up in bed watching "your show" together and I'm ordering bulk condoms, new toys, overpriced lingerie, flameless candles, quality linens et cetera to make YOU happy...that's why I get paid. Because if your wife did, we wouldn't have this thing that we do. FACT

freebies are dangerous

Had it going with a well known traveling provider. Referred many great and safe hobbyists to her that I met through here and other sites both here and NY and before you know she is no longer charging me and we begin to go out places every time she's in town.

Make no mistake though, you're going to pay one way or the other. With money at least you know how much and for how long, the minute money leave the picture you enter the gray area and then it's like having a girl-friend who works in Texas but visits Bean every other month.

First come freebie, then comes drama, maybe even jealousy. You'd hear staff like "for me it's just a job" but when you respond that "well, for me it's just a hobby", you'd hear back "no, that's different", like if she knows.

You want a freebie, get a girl-friend. You may even become friends, and step out for coffee or dinner but the minute you hit the sack together - pay. Even if at some sort discounted rate but pay. Believe me in the end you end up paying much less then you would for a 'freebie'.

This is no Brazil or Thailand where they move in with you after a date or two of paid service

Well written, on point and my OP in great context. ...

sometime it's frustration and disappointment. .. but as Mary Kay says ... Sometime you just would like certain opportunities to evolve like some of your ATF ones evolved. Chasing the Grail, regardless of price (as long as it's in my range).
