Question for providers

I won’t name the provider but I made an appointment today.  I really wanted to see here and I made a simple request for no perfume.  I don’t really like it because it gives me headaches and also for a few other reasons.  I relayed it to the provider and she totally flipped out and cancelled.  This was all over text and she wouldn’t let me call to explain.  Argued over text for 20 minutes where I said it’s cool and I would deal with it.  Was this an unreasonable request?

Ummm no not at all. Sounds like a lunatic. PM me so I know who else to stay away from on this ever expanding list

Yeah, I feel the same way. Wouldn't mind a private message so I know who NOT to see.

I always make sure I follow requests if they’re doable like no perfume, no makeup , etc . I like when we all comfortable and going to enjoy our time together .

Perfume transfers to our hair and clothes. Bad news and unwelcome evidence.  A quick shower before leaving can remove perfume from skin, but a full shampoo isn't always doable (back to work or dinner meeting with a wet head?).
.
I assume that a hostess wouldn't be able to get all of the perfume out of her hair without a full shampoo (maybe ruining an expensive salon job) but will a simple face and neck wash or even just baby wipes (or cosmetic wipes) remove a lot of perfume from skin? Is that too much to ask?
.
That is, will a little effort (baby wipe off as much as possible) be effective? I think most guys would appreciate that effort even if her hair or other places still had some transferable perfume.

Speaking of perfume... Q: What does a woman put behind her ears to make herself more attractive to men?  A: Her ankles. :-)

I am not married, but for those married men this is a very common request along with lipstick etc. Many ladies I see remove their lipstick before starting, although it does not matter to me. She is wrong, wrong, wrong. Should have moved on immediately and let her rant to herself.

Wow!  She sounds crazy.  Would you pm me so I know who to stay from?

I don't think I've ever seen a provider who was wearing perfume. For married men or guys going back to work, it's obviously problematic.

Based on what you've shared, you dodged a bullet. There are several reasons men don't like it.  The first that comes to mind for me is he doesn't want to head home with the scent of perfume on him.  Secondly as you stated, perfume or certain perfume scents can bring on a headache!

Whatever your reasons for not want to have your lady perfumed up, IMO there was no reason for the treatment you were given!

I get the same request in regards to no make up or perfume. Makes perfect sense. I always accommodate those requests why wouldn't i? I must admit no make up is tough. common sense explains why some clients ask they need to go home after. I know they wont be able to remove the smile i put on their face but i can avoid perfume and make up if they request it.

just my 2 cents
