north of boston recommendations?

I work north of Boston and am sometimes looking for fun on short-ish notice. Any recommendations? Orally gifted is certainly a plus, especially when I'm stressed out :)

Sorry, didn't mean to be snarky.

I've had people mean everywhere from North Shore (Danvers, Beverly, Salem, Manchester-by-the-Sea), Andover / Tewksbury, Burlington, or Nashua or Manchester (NH).  So, yes, a bit ambiguous
