I'm sure that all of us remember our elementary school days where we had to exchange Valentines with all of the kids in the class : )

I've decided to take a trip down memory lane, and I bought some Valentines   and conversation heart candy today : )

First of all, the selection of Valentines sucks now!  It was way better 20 years ago, when I could always find my Garfield Valentines : )  The choices I had today were... The Incredible Hulk, Indiana Jones, Disney Princesses, Hannah Montana, Hanna Montana, Hanna Montana, Hanna Montana, SpongeBob Squarepants, and Jesus! : )  I pity the child who has to exchange Jesus Valentines with bible verses on it!! : )

I chose SpongeBob Squarepants : )

Valentine: "Valentine, You're Spongetastic!"
Candy hearts: "My Love, My Man, Kiss Me, Miss you, E-mail Me"
4th grade: This valentine would go to the boys who I had crushes on : )
TER:  This valentine goes to the gentlemen who I know well, and who are my cherished friends : )  I can't help but think of the Sponge-Worthy Seinfeld Episode!

Valentine: "I Like You"
Candy hearts: "I Hope, Spice It Up, New Love, Lover Boy, For You"
4th grade:  This valentine would go to the boys who were nice : )  There was a group of boys who would hang out by the swingset, and I think that they were trying to look up skirts : )  They were constantly asking me and my friends to be their girlfriends : )
TER:  This valentine goes to the TER guys are really into the hobby and who enjoy meeting lots and lots of girls : )

Valentine: "Best Friends"
Candy hearts: "Go Girl, Angel, Smile"
4th grade: This valentine would go to all of the girls in the class : )
TER: This valentine goes to all of the lovely ladies on here : )

Valentine: "Be My Valentine"
Candy hearts: All of the factory mistakes that don't have any words printed on them : )
4th grade: By process of elimination, I had to give out a valentine to the kids who were jerks and bullies because the teacher said that EVERY kid had to get a Valentine... and since they don't make mean valentines... this will have to do : )
TER: This Valentine goes to the guys who use an alias to write rude and mean comments : )

Ok, ok...in 4th grade, I'd have come up with "Roses are red, Violets are blue, I would just love it, if Grace would be my Valentine."

I was always really bad with poetry...still stigmatized by it.  Probably why I couldn't get any girls till I was nearly legal.

Grace, you somehow manged to make "Spongetasticity" worthy of aspiration...not many who could pull that off. Have a great V-Day!!
