I just received your email and while I appreciate you taking the time to distinguish between myself and Leila and your experience I have to say I thought that I had already addressed the situation the way I understood it was that all was taken care of immediately , was I mistaken ? As you know I dont like to see anyone dissapointed , I think that I have shown you that in the past and the ladies you have had positive experiences with have said that they would welcome you back so I have to assume its a ymmv situation , what ever the case I really thought that we had taken care of this at that time .
I am sorry that you feel that it was inappropriate for me to post the message regarding Leila, but I felt, and still feel, that she deserves the Bad Post and coming Review . I have given your Agency very good reviews in the past, so I do not feel that it is wrong to also add a bad one if it is true. This was not just a YMMV situation, her reaction was strictly based on money as far as I am concerned. I appreciate your prompt action regarding the situation.......I would have expected nothing less from you. I know that you value your customers and always try to correct a negative situation.
I appreciate you taking the time to clarify and your correct I know that the majority of the ladies you have met thru me have found you to be a welcome gentleman , as I said in my email to you .My dilemma comes from the fact that other gentleman who I have equal experience with have found Leila to be very good ,I know this because I have gotten repeat calls and Ive asked people that I know who have met her for their thoughts . She has a very good reputation on Jag apparently Ive been told .So Im stuck I cant ignore your unfortunate experience and the same time she's had friends request her again .What to do ? I ask for feedback on Leila from other friends .
