Does anyone know what TER's review posting policy is? Tomorrow will be 6 days since I wrote a review and it still has not been posted. 6 days seems like a very long time.
By the time they finally reject it, I rewrite it, they reject it again, and I rewrite it again - I'll be lucky if it's posted by Spring.
It's a tough job the editors have - reading all the reviews must take a TON of time. I'm sympathetic, but I wish they'd come up with a better solution - maybe crowd-sourcing the review approval process.
For example - post every review - and let us vote on whether a review is credible, informative, and useful.
Reviews with too many negative votes get eliminated (and don't count for VIP status); reviews with a lot of positive votes should get featured.
I just put it back in the reviewee's hands. "What do you want changed/added/deleted in my review to make it pass?" is what reply upon rejection. Worked well last two times.
Have you checked the "my reviews" section in the account manager to see what the status of your review is? My last review took about five days to go up.
it seems if you write a review that states how nice a provider is it gets rejected, they want dirty details and some providers do not like that, they need to change it, a review is a review.
You can write a "Penthouse Forum" worthy review and it gets turned down for lack of details. Next thing you know, a review that simply states "Good time" repeatedly for three paragraphs gets approved with a 10 performance rating (yes, that REALLY happened).
Yes, I have observed this situation (a detailed review not approved vs a superficial review approved.)
I don't have an answer regarding the superficial reviews, but when I take the time to communicate with the moderator, they have been 100% clear regarding the discrepancy on my own reviews. AJN
There's a recent posting on this board discussing a lot of this, but my most recent post took about 6 days to get rejected (new member/new girl) but I emailed support basically saying contact me if you want to verify and then it got approved 2 or 3 days later.
I wrote a review in November. It took about five days to be approved and I got my VIP days, but it never showed up on the Boston review board. Go figure.
Not showing up on the Boston board could be because she was already listed as being from another city. If she's traveling, listed in another city, that's where it will be. Go to your reviews, click on that one and you may find this to be true.
