I need female companionship for this date.  I have reserved 2 seats at the symphoney and Dinner at L'Espalier.

I seek someone with a genuine interest in the symphoney and fine dining for a great date.

Hmmmm...  I smell an April Fool's joke here...  The first clue is "symphoney" which could be a modern day euphemism for a simple phony! A sophisticated renaissance man like Mr Clouseau knows that there are simple phonies are not often found at a symphony!  (tounge in cheek)
