Most of what you say you are looking for is just "a regular" or an ATF (all time favorite). The wrench you throw into the gears is "but not a Pro." Read the Erotic Highway board. SD / SB is not just hourly dates. "Once every 2-3 months" is, usually, not enough for a SD / SB arrangement ... but you might find someone who can accommodate that.
