Storm related question??sad_smile

Just curious.  I was not aware of a single provider who was stuck in Boston during the tropical storm offering a discounted rate.  Maybe there was plenty of business even during the storm.  Though that would surprise me.  Is it a principle thing or was it still really busy?  If I was asking $$$$ and offered to see someone for $$$ as a storm special wouldn't the likelihood of getting more business increase?  Perhaps not.  Just a question for the providers.

Thank you

The hotel maintenance man walked in.  I looked him up & down, and decided I'd rather fuck him for the day than spend an hour with cheap fucks like you waiting for "let's make a deal".

It's hard to believe you have even ONE Whitelisting.

Damn, if there is one thing that will get responses and attention, it is a post about the donation. In my humble opinion, the Lady has all the say in this. How they set the donation, and why, is their business.

Please allow me to compare this to myself. I make a decent living, I am comfortable with it and it gives me a sense of confidence and self respect. Now if my boss or a head hunter contacts me and wants me to take a "discount cut" I would not want to, and if I had to because of issues out of my control, I would not feel so good about me. We all base our opinions of ourselves on many things, and one of them is the "donations" we make at our chosen employment fields. I know the business models, so I do not need to hear those, and I understand that one penny is better than none, but we are ALL humans here.

So to wrap this up and get off of my soap box, aren't we being kind of disrespectful to a Lady when we ask or insinuate they should be offering a "discount cut". Just my two cents.

Wake up on the wrong side of the broom today, Pamela?

I don't know charlie from a hole in the wall, but considering he is a pretty active guy in this game, I wouldn't exactly call him cheap.  Based on the providers he has reviewed and his huge whitelisting history, I would think the last thing he is known as is being "cheap".

A provider who offers a one time or occasional discount for whatever reason, that is willing to take a little less for the sake of getting some business as opposed to none, is simply making a business decision. As buyers, we make similar decisions.

If you don't offer any discounts, thats your business. I hope you had fun cleanign the maintenance mans pipes.

Do you really expect anyone to answer about their rates as if they have to justify anything to you?

What an absolutely classless thought, and even worse to post it.

So who's ad did you knock of the board with this cheap-ass garbage?

Only a scumbag would try to take advantage of another person's misfortune. It is funny how he is now kissing ass on every provider ad. Stay classy Charlie101.

I am not going to assume that Charlie (whom I do not know) was implying the ladies SHOULD have offered discounts during the storm, which would be completely classless. However, even if he did, I would say it would be up to the ladies to mete out their own brand of retribution. Not a bunch of old fat fucks - deference to Pamela aside.

IMO, Charlies was observing something, and asking for corroboration and commentary. Having had similar things come up during snow storms here in DC, I have seen people post about going out in storms for appointments (no mention of discounts).

That said, this is a sensitive topic, and it would be best (IMO) to not even appear to be asking "why the ladies didn't offer discounts during the storm?" or anything similar. I have no cause to defend Charlie, but I will also say that, IMO, Pamela (whom I also do not know) made a fairly large leap in her assumption about what was being asked.

Sorry PP.

I am not suggesting or telling any provider what they should do.  If I, repeat I was a provider I would offer a discount rather than sit in a hotel room watching reruns of Meet The Press and Urban Update.  It was a question.  Did you read the post.  A question.  ???????????. Enough question marks for you.  Damn, get over it.  Charge a thousand for all I care.  And I hope you get it.  I will never begrudge a provider getting what she can.  I have references from top notch providers from all over the country.  Something one cannot get if you are cheap and or disrespectful towards woman.  Finally, support TER with some reviews instead of going off on these Bi-Polar tirades.  Get laid.  It's fun.
