Ok here is the best way I have found to utilize the "spinner" approach.

Find a gal in the 4'9 to 5'2 height range and the 90 -115 weight range, a long piece of rope and a strong beam. Throw the rope over the beam and wind the young lady up so the rope has many twists in it and haul her up above you. Now with you on your back and Mr Johnson in the UP position, tell her to relax her grip and she will begin to spin wildly and drop her on to Mr J and voila..a spinner!
