So understanding the need to be polite, professional and discreet my dilemma and/or question for the more experienced hoppyists is this. How do I make any special requests before the date to make sure my provider is prepared? Assuming I've done my homework and what I'm looking for is on the menu do I need to give a "heads up" so to speak? For example, many providers offer, massage, light BDSM, tie and tease, as well as your standard GFE. Sometimes different rates, sometimes not. I'm not talking about anything extreme just some slight variations. Will my date have a suitcase with a stockpile of apparel, toys, oils, etc. being prepared for any and all situations : )...seems extreme.  I've clearly picked up on the fact that explicit emails, telephone calls etc. are verboten. Any general info about appropriate protocol would be appreciated.
