I just sat and watched in horror as I wondered why? I mean really to the Jets? Again though as it has been said they really did not play the way they should have and they just could not turn it around. A few times it was so painful to watch I wanted to poke my eyes out. However, spring training is right around the corner and our beloved Sox will be back in action soon.
I am still proud and happy to be a Patriots fan. The Jets played really good D when it mattered. They had their best game of the year- and it is probably a lot like the way the Seahawks played the Saints.
So this week I'm a Steelers fan, for the SB, I'll be a cheese head (if they make it).

Steelers by 3 and a 1/2 is a joke. I was expecting 8 or 9 again. The Jets will have no running attack against Pittsburgh and Sanchez is overrated. Bet the house.
But I agree with what you say. I want to see Pitsburgh mop up the field with the Jets.
Image though what might have been had the Pats recovered just one of the on side kicks.
Had Brady connected with a long bomb and scored a TD with seconds left, then got the ball first in the OT and marched the ball for a FG, then made the Jets go 4 and out (Remember the new rule on OT - each team gets one posssession now!)
Although, frankly, I would have too, and I'm a Giants fan! However, let's now concentrate on more important things, like Fort Myers, a Red Sox divisional championship (and more!), and the Yankees not making the playoffs!
I heard TB on EEI this morning and he sounded like he didn't sleep a wink. Totally depressed. I know how invested I get in the Pats - just can't even imagine how it feels to come up short after such a grueling fight to the top. Maybe one of the girls can give him a freebie and get him back in the saddle
