The pics did not show up on a zillion sites all over the world which would be 99% proof of B&S.

I predict you would find that "she is not the girl in the photos." That could be a bad B&S or an inconsequential B&S if she is similar in appearance and you have a good time.

The 2nd phone number has been used in Boston ads for 3 years (with different girls and different pro pics).  Good or bad? I dunno. Can't find any hits, if any, in Review Search. Could it be a long standing cheap LE hook left to dangle in the water? A reliable agency with a small, slow progression of temporary contract employees?

you could always contact the provider in question and get an email address or switter or twitter ID from them to search as well to see if they are indeed valid.  Most ladies such as myself that have been around while all have those things which can easily be googled.  Or searched further online.
