I have a standing appt. with one massage gal, but she contacted me yesterday to say that it's too damn hot. Even though she has AC, she says it is barely keeping up with the heat wave we are in.
She did offer to let me come and hang with her (I.E., take her out to dinner.), which I might take her up on as I do enjoy her company. Can't recall in the past however anyone waving me off on account of the heat. I hope it's over soon.
I remember a lovely lady visiting beantown from TX, stuck in a snowstorm. I offered to take her to dinner, as I knew nobody was venturing out that night, and I knew a few family own dining places that would not be closing. It was a great dinner, and snowball fight afterwards. Nothing more.
Six months later my phone buzzed, she was back in Boston and wanted to repay my generosity. It was a helluva of a weekend.
Maybe she finds: weather heat, tolerable mrfisher heat, enjoyable but weather heat + mrfisher heat = TOO MUCH HEAT!
