Hello everyone

 I have a dilemma and would like some advice from everyone here.

I made a definite appointment with a woman who is highly reviewed on here.
I show up about 15 minutes early, text about 10 minutes before our appointment that I was arriving.

I go into the hotel lobby and wait to hear back, 10 minutes go by and nothing, it is now appointment time.
I send another text and still get nothing back.  10 more minutes go by and I send another text, 5 minutes later I get
Now is not a good time, can't see you, sorry.  This is 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time.

I did not know how to respond, just said really?   Said would still be interested in seeing her and to let me know about making it up to me.  She said ok.  

Two weeks go by and have not heard anything from her, so I send her a message and she tells me she would love to see me.  I said you remember what she did to me and I am not sure I can trust her.  She said sorry but did not offer anything for cancelling how she did and wasting my time.   She then said she would give a minimal price break, now she is on the high end of pricing.   There is more involved but that is basically it.

I would like to find a person to see regular and that is not how you treat a client or potential regular.  I deal with customers all the time and I would have no clients if I handled things like that.

Guys how would you handle this?    Ladies how should I handle this?

There are plenty of great providers out there, if you give her another chance itll tell her she can get away with that very unprofessional behavior. I get it that life happens but she handled it very poorly.  

Id say take your business elsewhere, it's her loss.

I would tell her “YOUR” cancellation policy is 100 % of her rate and ask how would she like to pay this ? Chances are you got passed over for a higher paying gig. Escorts do that all the time.

It is not how others would handle it that is important.  The question is how do you want to handle it?  You seem to think it takes her out of being a regular, so do you want to see her occasionally?  

She sounds like she might be on the upper end of your pricing comfort level.  Is that a stretch too far?

 It is on you and her how to handle it.

First off sorry that happened to you, I look at it like this independent ladies are similar to a small business owner if an owner treated his or her customers like that I’m not sure how long they would last. But this being companionship business wink wink 😉 some guys think with the wrong head. I think the other gentleman said about charging her the cancellation rate is about right lol like that would ever happen. Even if we give her that she was having a bad day she should have been the one to reach out to you and apologize, the lack of giving a crap tells me she could care less about you or anything else but the envelope. It’s up to you! As stated before there’s just to many other beautiful  ladies who take pride in How they conduct business because at the end of the day it’s a business. Good luck 👍

If she’s popular and highly reviewed then she knows she doesn’t have to adhere to good business practices to keep clients coming. It’s more of a “I’m a rockstar” mentality.  

Unless you’re a well known TER monger, she knows canceling you won’t affect her since you’re too nice to call her out or no one will take notice. She knows she doesn’t have to give you a discount because there’s someone else ready to pay full price for her time.  

So if you want to see her still (which is cool if you do), just be OK with “hits and misses”. Hopefully you’ll hit more than miss and have a great time when you do.  

I just traveled this week for a date I set up last month with a great well reviewed lady I’ve seen for over 5 years (many trips/overnights). She promises to be there on the date so I book flights and prepay a beautiful suite at a 5 star resort to make it an occasion. But then goes missing. No responses to texts, no notice, assistant says she’s NA. Only sign of her is new reviews popping up from happy clients last month.  

Will I see her again? Likely after some sob story explanation. She may make an offer it make it up but always forgets when it comes time and I pay full price+. Why? I enjoy my time with her and is better than most of the alternatives. I just had the worst nightmare overnight date for her replacement. First time I had to end it early.

I find the high end ones that are rude might suffer from narcisstic personality disorder. Big ego. They can blow off everyone but the phone will still ring if they have reviews and fantastic photoshopped pics. I'm having issues with angry narc providers who wont help with references they click on me, wont respond to email, and are rude but there website is all perception about a sparkling personality, charm, great sense of humour, caring......................
U didnt care about my safety but if it was yours I would go the extra mile.
Why would you want that for a regular and if i stood someone up and flaked i would feel bad especially them driving in the winter to my hotel sitting in the lobby. Thats rude. I would say I'm very sorry next session 50 percent off as I would not want to cause any waves. That's just me im sweetheart jenny maybe im 2 nice. There are plenty of providers she obviously doesnt like money or chose a higher paying client who knows maybe she has an addiction to feed and only does long bookings. We don't know you and you dont know us. I'm sorry you had that experience. It's unfortunate for the next provider as the client is now nervous and on high alert so we nice providers have to put him at ease due to some angry or flakey provider.

I have 'moved on' for a lot less than this.  Too many really good, professional, respectful ladies in this to get stood up with no explanation or contrition.  Certainly not 'regular'  material.

Of us have felt that sting and it sucks. When you get that far you're so looking forward to seeing somebody it's hard not to want to rationalize to see them the next day.

I found that when someone, in most instances but not every, offers to make it up with extended time or a discounted rate, the service isn't really there and I think there's some resentment and the session just doesn't have the same Buzz.

That's happened to me with one lady in particular that I saw frequently and the makeup sessions where not really worth it. By the way, these makeup sessions were about cancellations but for non-performance during session.

FYI ... A lot of this is ymmv for me, so I won't be sharing that person's name.  

I sincerely empathize and suggest you move on. One thing is certain, and there is no shortage of absolutely beautiful and amazing women in Boston, as well as most other towns and then there's touring providers that I'd give my eyeteeth to see.
