Screening

With the new Draconian laws in Mass, I doubt very much that you'll find any reputable agencies or independents who will see a client without screening.

I also am a brand new hire at my job, I find it quite disconcerting to have to go through one of those 411 verification forms. Anyone know of where to meet a really cute, fun full service Asian provider without having to go through that 411 verification process? In no way can I jeopordize this new career path that now awaits me in Boston. I start Monday. ar

I just landed into Boston from the midwest to start a new job and career path. I am also brand new to this site which I just happened to stumble upon by accident. Who may I ask are the friendliest Asian escorts/full service providers in town? I would like to chill a bit after my long flight and moving luggage up and down the stairs last night, to the wee hours of this morning. I think I would like to treat myself to a jewel of an Asian sweet.

I checked out the site, and although the six or seven pictured all seem to have very nice bodies and don't seem at all unattractive, for some reaosn not one blows me away. Also please pardon my ignorance, but what is it that they mean by the true Geisha experience. Is there something involved to which I am not fully aware. If you want a good time with the lady you see in the pictures and no fear of a rip-off then you are going to have to deal with providers and agencies who want some sort of screening.  If you want to roll the dice and don't care who shows up there are dozens of ads on Back Page every day for Asian women-all fake pictures and questionable service.  The choice is yours.

On the other hand I have known of "unstable" independents wreaking havoc with a hobbyist's personal information.  For no legitimate reason other than to get back for an accurate bad review.  Most of us seasoned hobbyists know who these "unstable" independents are.

Hey Loud...
The P411 screening process is on a scale of 1-10 in pain, it's a 2.  The worst of it is them calling your place of employment.  They don't say, hey, this is Tina from that escort service.  I'm looking for Tim cause he wants to bang some hotty tonight.  They are very discreet and they will say they are calling to confirm a dr. appt or something like that.
I was extremely nervous about it too since my job is um...sensitive...to say the least.  It was painless and well worth it.

Dear Kat: Please clue me in here, for I just flew in from the midwest point of the US map. I am clueless about these laws you mention. My eyes are tired, I will google them tomorrow, but please tell me what you can.

Here's a link to the new law. It's pretty bad on our end...

Section 50. (a) Whoever knowingly: (i) subjects, or attempts to subject, or recruits, entices, harbors, transports, provides or obtains by any means, or attempts to recruit, entice, harbor, transport, provide or obtain by any means, another person to engage in commercial sexual activity, a sexually-explicit performance or the production of unlawful pornography in violation of chapter 272, or causes a person to engage in commercial sexual activity, a sexually-explicit performance or the production of unlawful pornography in violation of said chapter 272; or (ii) benefits, financially or by receiving anything of value, as a result of a violation of clause (i), shall be guilty of the crime of trafficking of persons for sexual servitude and shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not less than 5 years but not more than 20 years and by a fine of not more than $25,000. Such sentence shall not be reduced to less than 5 years, or suspended, nor shall any person convicted under this section be eligible for probation, parole, work release or furlough or receive any deduction from his sentence for good conduct until he shall have served 5 years of such sentence. No prosecution commenced under this section shall be continued without a finding or placed on file.
It also mandated the forming of a state-wide prostitution task force.

The new laws are tough, but how does screening protect you from LE with all of the resources they have? I would say that anyone targeted for trouble can't do anything about it. I mean, I'm sure that anything you would need from them, they could come up with one way or another. It seems very naive to me that screening could protect anyone from LE. Am I wrong?

There are worse things that can happen to a woman than getting arrested.

The three primary things involved with screening are verifying your residence, your place of employment, and references. Most will only accept references from known and reputable providers or agencies. References can be difficult, but not impossible for LE to obtain. Busting two or more known and reputable providers at the same time so that they can answer their phones to give references can be difficult. Setting up a cover residence that will show up in online databases and match the cover ID is time consuming. Setting up a fake place of employment is time consuming as well, you never know when or from what number someone will call to check on it. Most will also look for the company online, so they'd need to create a website and so forth. Not to mention the potential for legitimate customers to be calling as well. Certainly it can be done, there's no question of that. But all of these things would need to coincide. Will they invest the money and time (which of course is more money) to do so? Especially since they'd only be able to bust a few before word got out, and they'd need to start all over again.

Consider the man hours involved in creating a cover that will pass screening just to make a handful of arrests. Now consider how many arrests they could get with that same number of man hours if they target those who don't screen.

Maybe I am naive, and these things can be done much faster and easier than I think they can. But I suspect that there are still plenty of independents who don't screen who are much easier targets for LE looking to pad their annual arrest reports with some easy busts. Not to mention all the massage parlors and girls on the street who are even easier targets.

but it's really not that difficult. Cops have residences and have plenty of contacts so falsifying a business reference is simple, anyone can do it. As far as references go, a good mind and some trickery can do wonders. But there's plenty of other ways too. If a specific agency or an Indy is targeted for whatever reason, they won't simply give up because you ask for screening info. If anything, it could make them more determined and less likely to show mercy, with the thought being that you're specifically trying to stop them from doing their job. As an agency owner, you have plausible deniability. But depending on how you advertise, that could be a tough sell.

Of course screening is a good tool to keep bad guys away.

I've had several try this by using a fake website and/or a sake work email ex: [email protected]
Anyone can create this info but until VERIFIED it means nothing.
Screening throughly takes an enormous amount of time, expense and a criminal mind (not sure if I'm proud of that.ha)...I feel that I'm well worth it...! Let's not forget...time is money!
Knowing HOW to screen effectively is a must.!
