This is all just another example of an idiotic and outdated moral code which punishes innocent people for seeking pleasure and companionship outside the regularly accepted societal pathways.
 When are we as a society going to wake up and stop trying to legislate morality and force both providers and clients into the shadows with these predators and vile thieves who prey on both. I mean really why did this poor child have to be forced to meet in a hotel, late at night with no protection.
 Speaking as one who has been ripped off by unscroupulous  providers and their pimps (who are also bottom feeders)and who has been  forced by circumstance to remain anonymous, I feel as though we are, as a group thrust into a world of isolation in which no one is entirely safe. Is any one else as pissed off as I am about this?? I feel so bad about this poor struggling woman who's future and promise was stolen away by a coward pussy who preys on women. I for one would love to get my hands on this flea of a human and let him experience just a little of what he dishes out!

Look, I'm with you on the issue---legalize the activity, stop prosecuting consenting adults...I get it, and I agree. It just has no relevance, at all, to what happened.

What happened to Brisman is no different from a convenience store clerk being shot on the late shift. This wasn't a sexual crime: It was armed robbery, and when she struggled, he killed her. It happens every day in liquor stores, gas stations, etc., when you have one person working alone with cash.
