I wouldn't go rolling out BP it serves its purpose and that is for last minute appointments.

I would like to see TER set up a BP like posting area for last min appointments.  Same basic concept, photos and contact information; but only for reviewed providers.  I could also see access limited to subscribers or confirmed clients to limit LE concerns.  Also sorted by towns instead of regions.

The majority of providers who advertise on BP won't rip you off, but of course there's a greater risk of a shady lady on BP than on some of the pay-to-advertise websites.  That goes without saying.   If the ad makes extravagant promises ("No rush, baby, I'll let you stay as long as you like!") or the ads are obviously lifted (a reverse image search is easy enough to perform) or the text of the ad is a lot like the text of other ads posted that same day (which means either a sting or a provider who will say anything to reel in the suckers, like the gal who posts her age as 28 in one ad and as 25 in an ad using identical pictures just a few lines away), then I don't even bother calling.  And while there might be fewer rip-off providers on sites that charge more, you still need to exercise caution . . . and of course check the reviews on TER!
