Do you have more info. Is she on Boston Eros?

I can tell you that I have heard she has really upscaled things.
She now has a nice condo with all new furniture and although she smokes she does not allow smoking or pets in her place.  I saw those reviews because she asked if I could send them to her.

The negative points were mostly about pets and smoking, so if you thought her service was ok, I am sure it's much better now.  I guess she is into the pampering thing with refreshments and also into providing a nicer atmosphere.  She is particularly convenient to those in the Boston/Cambridge area.

As I said, I certainly cannot speak about service, but I have heard her new place is very nice and I think you guys should give her another chance if you are seeking a mature provider and a nice atmosphere which is more discrete than a hotel.

Someone should "take one for the team" and report back.  I think you may be surprised.
