Contacted nina at ninasgenuinediamonds.com to inquire about Katherine.  Katherine is listed on TER but the review is from 8/2001 (and listed as Katherince).  Guess she is gone - which is too bad as she is very much my type...but what the heck, thought I would post here in case someone knows how to contact her..
