It's a legit modeling-oriented site which, it seems, some providers make use of to display pictures of themselves.  Think of it like a Geocities just for models and photographers.  It is NOT a site that has anything to do with escorts or escorting.

I've had 2 escorts respond from there.They use this site to promote themselves by making extra money I guess

I guess the site provides e-mail accounts for members.  People can also get Yahoo e-mail addresses but that doesn't mean Yahoo is in the escort business if an escort uses her Yahoo account for correspondence :-)

Also, I don't follow the logic of your comment:

I'm lost as to the meaning of that sentence.  Did you mean to say "They make extra money by promoting themselves there."?  If so, then yes they probably do since the site probably offers them additional exposure and a free place to host their photo portfolio.

The question is however, are the pictures accurate?  One would have to actually meet one of the ladies in order to verify that.

How would they be any more or less accurate than any other place women make their pictures available?  The web site doesn't verify the pictures in member portfolios, AFAIK.  But it's a mainstream modeling site, there is no expectation that people would post fake pictures - the point for models is to get work, not to B&S :-)  Not every site with pictures of females is an escort site LOL
