Set up an appontment on thursday with nikki vail for sat morning 10:00 am I called let her girl know I was running behing 5 minutes and said that was ok she was runing behind & would see me @ 10:30 am .
I waited in the lobby until about 10:45 when she did not call, i called her service again the girl said she was waiting for house cleaning to finish up called her bak again when she did not @ 11:15 said there was some confusion and was moving to another hotel.[ which I thought wa odd on her las day]
called her back again woman from her service said she paged  her and now no answer, called several times more & the girl on the phone apoligized even more  I traveled an hour to see her & she waisted my whole morning,
note to all sides, time is money and nikki waisted a lot of mine. Not even a phone call back apologizing or anything >> Nikki if you read this I think you suck... My motto treat people the way you would like to be treated!!!
