I totally understand where you're all coming from.  Since I don't post on the Boston board often many are unaware of what type of person I am, my health condition and my reputation.

I have visited Boston 5 x's & have met many wonderful people who were pleased w/my personality, health precaution & conversation (check reviews for other details).

I'm gonna give the B board a quick recap of my "VERY LONG POST" on the LA board. (highly recommend reading it).

1.) I have cancer.  Health risks are a matter of life or death for me.  Our health comes first above and beyond anything else.  Many appreciate this aspect of our meetings too.

2.) I didn't work for nearly a year due to chemo.  I'm just recently getting back into the swing.  

3.) I do have a great reputation as far as personality, who I am & what I believe in... (reviews for details & search LA board up to 4 years)

4.) $ is only an issue because I'm in serious medical debt due to no health insurance & spending the remainder of my entire savings on living expenses. I'm not a materialistic person - I live conservatively.

Personally, I believe a "full GFE", could be extremely harmful to many many people.  I'm not one willing to take that risk.  If it means I lose business ok. Health is more important to me.

A visit with me is relaxing, pampering, great intelligent conversation, no rush, beautiful dresses, surprises of lacey skimpy outfits, 3-4 inch heels, a wonderful massage (I'm licensed), candles, soft music, elegant/upscale meeting places and... (check reviews)

I'm confident I do what I do well - regardless of the Full GFE.

 I wish you the best of luck in Boston with 500/700hr rates, when the Florida agencies are hitting us with new 20 year old 300/hr hard bodies every week. I am sure you will do okay in Boston because to some of your repeat clients dropping 500/700hr is like dropping 25 cents into a gumball machine for some. And as we all know it's not always about sex for some clients.

 As far as the GFE = STD thing goes. There is a risk of course. But as people far more versed about this subject then I have pointed out, the only safe sex is not having sex.

 Enjoy your stay in Boston. It is lovely during the late summer/fall.

Beth ,you charge what you have to and don't worry about it. Safety is your personal choice. GFE is more than a bunch of acronyms, it has alot to do with attitude and you sound like you have sweet disposition. Don't let any of these frugal and cranky yankees intimidate you. We're really not a bad lot when you get to know us. I wish you well on your trip to Boston.
