I am a good distance from work that I can have a challenging bike ride there and back home.  I find it relieves the work stress quite well.

I think we can all agree, some great sex helps, not only relieve stress, but release happy endorphins. What else do you guys like to do to unwind when you are wound up? I'm getting more and more into dancing, especially pole dancing and figure skating to help me feel happy and calm. I might need to mount an Everlast punching back in my apartment to supplement, though

I take great comfort at the beach. No matter what time of yr for me the ocean is soothing. Brings me clarity and piece of mind.
Maybe because no matter how nuts my life gets I go to the ocean and its so much bigger than my problem frustration and so on. Soon as I smell the air it starts to strip away my stress.
If I have no time to hit the ocean a really great massage, hot tub and mmm romp with a super sweet playmate of mine can hold me off til I get to the ocean.

they all have their own charm steir own specail aspect thats ideal to just that one part of the beach.
Yet next week it will be a lil bit different as well. Its ever changing and always welcoming.

The same beach feels and looks so different with each season. I escape to beach as often as I can.

The beach is soooo soothing!!! The sounds of the water, the smell of salt water, just getting stuck in a daze looking at it.......does it for me!!
