Hi guys, I just have a simple question. Do you guys ever actually read a provider's or service's web site or do you just look at the pictures? I am starting to think that you are all more interested in the visual than actually reading any info on the sites.
It clearly states on our web site the hours we are open, and that we are incall only. We do out calls for Dinner dates and overnights only, not for half hours.
What I am finding is happening is that someone reads a review, goes to the website to look at the pictures, gets the phone number but NEVER reads the info.
Maybe you all just get sooo excited from the pictures you just can't wait to call and never bother to read the things like the hours of operation etc.
I read the websites. It does not mean that everything that is written meets my needs. I have been known to write to providers asking if they would consider say incall when they offer outcall. I know their stated offerings. I would like to meet with them, but maybe I don't do outcalls. They then have the right to confirm their offerings or accept my offer. It is because I am interested that I would question rather than go by.
Hi Jill, Yes we do (I do anyway!) If I am interested in meeting, I usually then send an e-mail maybe asking if so and so is available on a particular date/time (yes I do look at schedules). The response (if there is one) comes about two-three days later, after the date I was interested in, with a note saying "its best to call" Only my two cents worth! OK, maybe I am ranting!
Yes, I for one certainly read the descriptions of the ladies. In fact, I pay particular attention to what the girl's interests are and what her career aspirations are, to see if I can hold a conversation with her, whether we might have common interests. And, I don't like when these descriptions are made up, any more than I like doctored photos. Hope this helps, good luck! S
As you state, you web site is quite clear with regard to stated policies, pricies,etc.. To me, any guy who calls and intentionally requests services contrary to what is on the site is a potential "bad customer" which ties up your phone person unnecessarily and causes problems for the rest of us... This person probably doesn't read or follow instructions on other things outside of the hobby...

I'm hoping that you'll be getting more providers out in the Metrowest area..especially Framingham/Natick. It seems like each time I call there's no one in the area or only one provider in the Marlborough area... Thanks!!
Yes, but sometimes call about someone who is not on the schedule because, as you know, the schedule "is subject to change". BTW, what area [towns] is covered by "South Shore"? Also agree about need to update pics and remove those of ladies who are no longer availble, especially Suzie. Every time I see her pic my heart skips a beat thinking maybe she's back. I left up Suzi's pictures because she will be back in the summer. She went away to school and then took a trip to China but called to say she will be back with us when she arrives home from her trip, sometime at the end of June. The only pictures I have that are "old" are Tarah's. They were redone and should be up later in the week. Shannon is having professional ones done and will give them to me as soon as she takes them. The rest of the pictures are pretty up to date as most of the girls on our site are fairly new with us, and the pictures are taken when they first start. The pictures of Jenny with the long hair are from last year, but the short hair is from the fall.Sarah's pictures are about 2 years old, but she is on a leave of absence so I will be taking those down. Jill, I do not have bad intentions with this post. I think you should worry more about finding a person to answer your phones, who actually has manners than posting a message like this. This is the reason I stopped my frequent visits. Moreover, I rather waste 10 seconds of your time than 15 minutes of my time reading all the information on a website. Sorry, but I am the customer.
Good point defender I have used this service on ocassion and have found most of the girls pretty decent and accomodating except for the girl that answers the phone to take your appointment. I always get the feeling that I am bothering her for something that I am paying for. Sorry for my opinion but I thought this was a service orientated buisness and I was the customer. How many times do you show up to a room and there is some one runnig a little late or even better you schedule a appointmnt and the girl called and cancelled for the day. Who is inconvenienced then what consideration is payed out??
Jill: I, for one, do read, in detail, the information posted upon your website. I have been a faithful user of RS but as of late have been disappointed by lack of consistent performance and by the person answering the phones that is very curt and sometimes rude. I am sure you get a fair number of weirdoes out there that call and ask what color underwear the receptionist is wearing, but your regular customers should be treated with respect and a cordial response. Also, some of your "GFE's need a lesson on what a GFE is or does....just my 2 cents worth...A loyal RS client.
Problem is that your website sucks. You have to click through 5 different pages just to see the women on your site. What I suggest is that you consentrate on getting better looking women on your menu and have a real web designer work on making your site easier to navigate. You can tell you guys work on it in-house.
Wow, tough room, huh Jill? I have to agree with a couple of the comments, particularly the one about the quality of the site and ease of navigation. This projects image as well. However, I would like to add that although I have not yet used your service, any time I have written you you about doing so either directly or through the Board, YOUR response has been timely and has done a good job of providing the info. I can't speak from experience about the person who seems to be answering the phone.
I must agree that your website can be set up as more navigable. I suggest a "ladies" page, where all the names are easily available. Names may or may not have thumbnails, but it is best if all the names are visible without scrolling. One can then clisk on a name to get to that ladies pics.
A main page that has links to other pages that have ladies (list), rates, policies, etc. is whaty I find most navigable

Yes I read everything but I think most people would be more likely to read if the website contained the truth. How about us guys promise to read the whole website if you promise to update your website with the correct descriptions of the girls and current photos.
I have talked to you on the phone and quickly got the feeling that you didn't want to be bothered. I was just asking about the hotel location being used, a little more specific than the town that it is in. Sorry, but I don't have a homing beacon to every hotel in the greater Boston area.
So Jill, how about using the Golden Rule a little. You may get what you want.
Yes, I read your web page descriptions of the girls. Then I look for TER reviews if I am interested.
Actually, I like the fact that you do not waste space with purple passages - "likes long walks on the beach, sensual evenings by the fireplace" and that you avoid self-flattering analysis - "sensitive, seductive, caring, intelligent, responds to refined gentlemen" and that you don't list suggested gifts - "appreciates donation of diamonds, Porsche classics, tickets to Paris."
The photos vary in quality but never attempt to deceive. Basically honest. There is room for improvement.
It is obvious that it is tough for you to keep the schedule accurate. These are individualistic ladies with lives of their own.
By the way, a photo is not always key. Take SHANNON, the SHY one. No photos, but.... Your RS customers seem to rely on your written piece, your word by phone, Jill, and especially the TER reviews. I took your word the first time and have benefitted ever since. We wouldn't know it from your web page, but Shannon is one of the two or three best providers in greater Boston.
You do need to keep the written description updated. For example, The blurb on Katerina still says "20 yrs. old, long dark hair, green eyes, 34B-25-25 she is supposed to be a GFE but we won't know for sure till she has some reviews." However, I have met her and she is definitely a great GFE!
As to RS phone answering style, it varies by who is on the phones. Sometimes a gruff manner shows your employee is under pressure from too many calls and scheduling complexities. That could use some more training time from you for them? I try to include a couple of friendly remarks, and it almost always works to relax things and make the conversation pleasant.
The first thing you do is look at the pictures. The next five times you pick it up, you look at the pictures in more detail and fantasize a bit. When the new issue comes in, you look at the pictures. Occasionally, when you cannot locate the latest issue, you pick up an old one, and being that you know the pics in there, you might read some of the words. One thing you NEVER do is look at the first few pages to see what is really in there, and where the articles are.
Please don't give us instructions, or Heaven help us, put any maps on your site. Maps and directions scare us and threaten our manhood.
Jill, What might save you a lot of phone time is to update your websites schedule as often as possible, or at least once a day. Usually by 11AM you know whos where. You don't even have to name towns (example-Waltham would be 128/90, Burlington 128/93, Tewksbury 495/93, etc, etc.)
This way before I call I will have that info. Usually I ask who's in Burlington and you rattle off a list of 4 or 5 people. I can't process the info that quickly and waste your time on the phone figuring out who I want to see.
Just a suggestion to save both sides time and grief. Keep up the good work. Michael
This comment is exactly on target. I would be a more frequent customer if this information is more readily available. My observation is that the information isn't really set in stone until 12:00 when the ladies check into their hotels-- maybe that should be when the information is posted.
P.S. I was the victim of a Room Service no show recently. Darlene was late getting to the hotel so our 12:00 appointment didn't happen. The phone person (not Jill) was professional and apologetic--
I thought of starting my own thread on this and then decided against it.
There are few men who ask me questions that are on my site. I have realized there are times when they do their research and narrow it down prior to their arrival and will then make phone calls when they arrive. Whatever the reasoning, I'd rather have them ask then be disappointed later.
Here's an example: I have lot's of info on my site and just received an e-mail today from someone inquiring about a date. It was last minute though so he sent me another one apologizing as he just read that I don't take last minute apts. Funny thing was, he knows one of my good friends so I would have seen him. So not everything is always the same love. It's a YMMV, depending on life. Life changes as do circumstances. It could be worse, no one could be inquiring. ;0)
