whats with Julie From Worcester-Auburn-I have read reviews but blows off appointments and does not return phone calls. She has been given great reviews but blowing off appointments?????

I have met with Julie, and everything was fine, the appt. was as scheduled and I had no problem contacting her. I gave her the info she asked for and everything went smoothly. I had a great no rush time with her.
