shower after the session...that is what I do.  I shower at my place before the session and use the last 10 minutes to shower at the providers place.

1.  Don't cheat...
2.  If caught, deny, deny, deny...

Personally, I have more experience with #2 than #1.  It doesn't always work as smoothly, but it's a hell of a lot more fun!
