Sorry to post this hear, but I've used every support/contact on the site to no response.

I paid for a VIP membership yet it still shows me as basil so I can't access the VIP stuff...

How do You/I/We fix this?

My thought would be that you have taken the correct action, but it may take a bit to get to you (these guys get real busy).  Give it a few days and then if it is not corrected, try another email.
